Donut Secures $7 Million to Build an Integrated Crypto Browser for Users and AI Agents

Donut, a startup aiming to transform the Web3 user experience, has announced the completion of a $7 million pre-seed funding round. The investment was co-led by prominent venture firms Hongshan (formerly Sequoia China), BITKRAFT Ventures, and HackVC.

The round also saw participation from a strong syndicate of investors, including Sky9 Ventures, Matrix Partners, Makers Fund, Altos Ventures, and others. The capital will be used to accelerate product development, recruit new talent, and foster early community growth around its ambitious project.
